I won’t walk alone on this earth with no home call my own.
So now I dig miles deep beneath the cities streets.
So I can finally sleep, without the bones beneath my feet.
Only the silence remains on this planet in ruins,
I am left alone.
To roam around and pick up the fucking pieces,
of my broken home.
Why did they leave me here?
What do they want me to achieve?
Could this be a fresh start for me?
Or am I in another lucid dream.
I’m burning pictures of old memories,
to keep this flame alive.
Im letting go of all the ones I’ve lost,
so I can still survive.
How does it feel to be the only one
with your feet in the dirt and your back to the sun?
Constantly looking over your shoulder
Knowing that they are watching over.
I’ll continue to walk ages on end,
through the valley of the shadow of death.
I’ll leave my mark for others to find,
to tell the tale of the fall of mankind.
I’m finally awake.
